The purpose of OPSA is to offer programs of developmental competitive soccer for the serious soccer athlete primarily in the Greater Ozarks Region. OPSA, its coaches, players, and supporting parents and guardians will be committed to the highest standards of sporting conduct, the development of each player to his/her potential ability, and the sponsorship of successful teams. Our players are given a foundation for the game on which they can improve and develop and are instructed in a team environment where the individual can shine and flourish.

The fundamentals of soccer are very much like the foundation of a house. Without them, eventually a player will fail just as the house will fall. Learning the proper fundamentals at a young age will improve the chance to become a great soccer player, and will lower the amount of time wasted trying to cure bad habits.
